Reporting Process

Number1

Provide your contact and demographic information

By providing us with your contact information, an investigator can reach out to you to discuss what happened.  During your conversations with an investigator, we will ask for some basic demographic information to help us understand on a larger scale those who may be most often affected by incidents of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation – to help us with further developing prevention measures.

Number2

Provide details about the incident you would like to report

Provide as much information as you can recall about the incident(s) you are reporting, including the date(s), time(s), and location(s).  We have incorporated maps to help with identifying locations.  Do not worry if you cannot remember everything.
